    Squirrel the Rabbit came to visit Reception on Friday the 9th February. Squirrel belongs to Miss McNab, who very kindly brought him to visit the children in Reception as they were reading the book Guess How Much I Love you.   • NSPCC Dress for Digits day

    On Friday 2nd February we raised £306.69 for the NSPCC, by dressing up in numbers. All the classes had a fun day, filled with various maths activities whilst wearing all their numbers. Year 5 even went and worked with year 1 and supported them in their mathematical learning! Continue reading →

    Nursery Update

    A lot of progress has been made this week inside our new building.  The ceilings have been put up, the walls have been plastered, the floor has been laid, the electrics have been installed, the kitchen has been installed and the units and toilets have been installed.  It is looking more and more like a Nursery.  All we need soon is some furniture and children and it will be complete.   • The Jolly Postman visits Reception

    On Friday, Reception had a visitor…The Jolly Postman. Rosie the Jolly Postman came to visit and delighted the children when they all helped her deliver letters to the 3 bears and the wicked witch. The children took part it making magic spells, which resulted in creating an over sized postcard, they sang songs and met many different traditional story characters on the way.   Continue reading →

    Nursery Update

    Since the building has arrived, the building team have been busy preparing the outside ground, ready for the tarmac to be put down.  Work has been going on inside the building, but due to Health and Safety we have not been allowed to go inside and take photos this week.  Hopefully we will have an update next week on how the building is looking from the inside.
