Durdan's Park Primary School

PTA/Friends of Durdan’s Park

Durdans Park

Welcome to the Friends of Durdan’s Park page.

If you wish to find out any  more information about the Friends or would like to join us please email on friendsofdurdans@gmail.com.

We are a group of parents who work together to raise much needed funds for the school to purchase items.  In the past we have funded new netball posts, new netball bids, books for the Library, new dictionaries, reading books and reflective bibs for the KS1 children to wear whilst out on trips.

We are always looking for new members, if you are interested in joining us please come to the school office to see Mrs Morley for more information.

Here is some information about some of our members.  You may have seen us around the playground or at events.  Please come and say hello to find out what we do and why.

Aysha Tahir – Chair of the PTA – Parent Governor at Durdan’s Park Primary School and PTA member.  I have three children at the school.

Imran Shaukat – Vice Chair of the PTA – Parent of two sons at Durdan’s Park Primary School.

Madiha Imran Butt – I have been working in the PTA for the last two years,  I have one girl at the school.  I also help by volunteering to go on school trips.

Poonam Dave – I am a Mum of two boys and work part-time as an Executive Officer at Health Control Unit at Heathrow Terminal 3.

Aysha Tahir – Parent Governor at Durdan’s Park Primary School and PTA member.  I have three children at the school in Nursery, Year 3 and Year 4.

Sherbanu Luhar – A mother of four, 2 attend Durdan’s Park, 1 in High School and the eldest in college.  I have been part of the PTA for over 2 years and absolutely love it.  My children are most important to me and being able to contribute to their school and education means a lot to me.  Apart from having four children and volunteering for the PTA I work in my Father’s business as an operational Manager.  It’s hard juggling everyday life with work and children but when you love the things you do, it isn’t hard work.
