Playground leaders is a scheme which allows our older children to volunteer some of their playtime to help organise games and activities for the younger children. This helps to develop leadership skills in the older children, alongside improved confidence and self esteem. It also helps any younger children who may be feeling anxious or shy, to play with their classmates during breaks.
